Be very careful if you take your car to On the Sop Cleaners. They do a good job, but their pricing structure is unfair. My friend gave me a gift card at Christmas for a cleaning. They also gave my friend a brochure that listed what she was buying for the amount on the card. They would not honor the service, and I had to pay the difference on the “price increase”. Bad enough, but they also decided that my little Buick Encore is an SUV, so another $10. (It isn’t; it is a small crossover — and I won’t argue this). So unless you have gobs of money, ask the questions I didn’t know to ask. As I said, they do a good job. But I don’t like to be cheated, and that’s how I feel.

The work on my car was excellent, they did a great job. Having said that, there were things I was not happy about. The place's name is on the spot "Mobil WASHING". I did not find out that I had to bring my car into the shop to get it DETAILED until the day before. For the price of $279, you would think it includes an exterior wash, not so. The cost for the exterior wash was another $40, I found this out as Im dropping my car off. They did make sure to tell me it would be an additional $30 if I did not clear my car out, I did. At first, they told me it would be ready by 6pm with my drop off of 8am, then as a by the way notice, I was asked if I could pick it up the next day. The work was great, I did not care for the up selling and by the way notices. Its not cheap, and the work was great, but Im not gonna recommend because of all of the above

On The Spot has been spraying bedliners at the dealership I work for and they had an unforseen technical difficulty of some sort with their paint booth that allowed some over spray to get out and on my truck. not only did they quickly address it and get it all off, they buffed and ceramic coated my truck along with a full detail. I didn't know a 26 year old truck could look this good without a fresh paint job but Jomare and his guys know what's up and they stand on business!!

I accidentally left my sunroof open one evening about a week ago. It poured and left the inside of my car completely soaked. Steven at On The Spot did an OUTSTANDING job fixing the issue. He completely dried the inside of my car and detailed it perfectly. Haven't had any residual issues with smells. Highly recommend!!

I dropped my car off early this morning for a complete detailing and waxing. I was told they would call me in 4 hours once my vehicle was ready. Welllllll…3 hours and 38 minutes later, I received the call! When I got there, my vehicle was parked directly out front and was looking absolutely beautiful and the inside was spotless!!!
